PUPPETRY CLASSES
Offers a Residency Program that will use all that they know and open their horizons to a new world of craft, cooperation, instruction, and puppetry performance theatre! Plan it Puppet Residency goes way beyond paper bag and paper cup puppet workshops - way beyond!
The Plan it Puppet team provides students with all the materials and instructions they need to make a quality crafted, performance grade puppet character.
In the process students will gain experience in design, painting, craft assembly, stencil, papier mache, simple engineering, model construction, and more!
The Residency culminates in a puppet show the students perform for the assembled student body, family, and friends.
Plan it Puppet provides expert puppet manipulation training, scene scenarios, direction, and key production elements.
The sponsoring school receives an edited video of the process and performance for their archives that is very useful in securing budget requests for funding future Arts and Humanities programs.

UNIQUE PUPPET STYLES
The specialty marionettes in the show introduce young audiences to a unique style of puppetry not often seen in Canada. Each hand crafted puppet is inspired by different nationalities to promote further interest and insight into different cultures.
